Stride Forward Launches at Cowes Week 2025

Join us at Cowes Week 2025 as Stride Forward launches at one of the most iconic sailing events in the world. Our crew will be racing throughout the week, and we’re hosting a special launch event - find out more below.

This August, Stride Forward will officially launch during Cowes Week 2025 - one of the world’s most prestigious sailing regattas.

Our founder, Holly King, will be leading a crew of remarkable individuals, all living with life-changing injuries, as they race throughout the week. The crew reflects everything Stride Forward stands for: creating opportunities, building confidence, and promoting inclusion within sailing and beyond.

As part of the week, we’re also hosting a special launch event to bring together our supporters, sponsors, and wider community to celebrate everything Stride Forward has achieved - and share our vision for the future.
